The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) announced continuing trading suspension on Orascom Construction Industries (OCI) due to the company’s failure to submit its Q1 and Q2-14 consolidated financial statements by the end of the given grace period.
The stock market had previously imposed a EGP 25 thousand financial liability on OCI for no complying with provisions of article No. 39 of listing rules.
