International Agricultural Products will hold an ordinary general meeting today, Wednesday, September 24, 2014, to look into ratifying the financial statements, as well as the board’s report, for the fiscal year that ended on June 30, 2014.
The company had reported EGP 1.4 million net loss for the fiscal year that ended on June 30, 2014, against EGP 1.7 million net profit a year earlier.
Financial statements for the nine-month period from July 1, 2013 to March 31, 2014 had shown losses of EGP 3.4 million, compared with EGP 653.4 thousands in the same period a year earlier up by 420%.
The company posted EGP 291,696 net loss for H1-13/14, compared with EGP 4,091 net loss in the same period a year earlier.
