The ordinary general meeting of El Dawlia Fertilizers and Chemicals ratified the board’s report on business activities, and endorsed financial statements for the fiscal year that ended on June 30, 2014.
The company had logged EGP 1.4 million net loss in FY13/14, against EGP 1.7 million net profit a year earlier.
The board members were discharged from liability for FY13/14.
