1- Saudi Arabian Cooperative Insurance (its request will be submitted to the CMA board within two weeks from this announcement date)
2- Buruj Cooperative Insurance (its request will be submitted to the CMA board within two weeks from this announcement date)
3- Saudi Indian Co for Cooperative Insurance (Wafa Insurance) (its request will be submitted to the CMA board within two weeks from this announcement date)
4- AXA Cooperative Insurance (its request will be submitted to the CMA board within two weeks from this announcement date)
5- Al Alamiya for Cooperative Insurance (its request will be submitted to the CMA board within two weeks from this announcement date)
6- Al Rajhi Co for Cooperative Insurance (the company and its financial advisor are completing the capital increase request)
7- Saudi United Cooperative Insurance (Walaa Insurance) (the company and its financial advisor are completing the capital increase request)
8- United Cooperative Assurance (the company and its financial advisor are completing the capital increase request)
