Dallah Healthcare Holding said in a statement to Saudi bourse that it has submitted an application to the Competition Council to obtain its approval on the acquisition of shares in Bagedo & Dr. Erfan General Hospital Co. LLC.
The Competition Council invited all interested parties to give their opinion on the proposed transaction through an announcement published in Riyadh and Okaz local newspapers on Dec. 17, 2014.
Dallah had earlier signed an agreement with Bagedo Trading Holding Co. LLC and Mohamed Ahmed Erfan & Sons Holding Co. LLC to acquire their shares in Bagedo & Dr. Erfan General Hospital.
