National Insurance Company’s (NIC) board recommended distributing a cash dividend of 15 cents per share, totalling $1.8 million.
The company reported a decline in profit after taxes by 47% to $2.6 million in 2014, compared to $4.9 million in 2013.
NIC’s capital amounts to $12 million, distributed on 12 million shares at $1 par value each.
