Amman-Mubasher: Jordan Hotels and Tourism (JHTC) reported a rise in profit to JOD 2.63 million ($3.7 million) in 2014, compared to JOD 1.24 million ($1.75 million) in 2013, according to a bourse filing to Amman Stock Exchange (ASE).
During the first half of 2014, the company’s profit soared 115.66% to JOD 1.69 million, compared to JOD 786,000 during the same period of 2013.
JHTC’s capital amounts to JOD 10 million, distributed on 10 million shares at JOD 1 par value.
