Cairo-Mubasher: Misr National Steel (Ataqa)posted net profits of EGP 36.29 million for the first half of 2015, a rise of 62.2% from EGP 22.37 million for the same period of the previous year.

Ataqa's half-year gross profit surged 16.2% to EGP 63.4 million, compared with EGP 53.68 million for the corresponding period of 2014.

Meanwhile, the company's net profits climbed 472% to EGP 27.97 million in Q1-2015, up from EGP 4.88 million for the same period of 2014.
