Riyadh-Mubasher: Securities and Investment (SICO-C) will hold a board meeting on 10 November to look into financial statements for the nine-month period ending 30 September 2015.

H1 net earnings declined to BHD 3.5 million ($9.2 million), compared with BHD 5.1 million ($13.4 million) a year earlier.

The Bahrain-listed company operates BHD 42.848 million capital, divided into 428.48 million shares at a par value of BHD 0.1 each.
