Mubasher: Jordan Phosphate Mines said Wednesday that it recorded a profit of JOD 24.1 million (about $33.8 million) in the first nine months of 2015.

The Amman listed company added that its profit jumped 176.28%, compared to JOD 8.73 million ($12.2 million) in the same period last year.

 The company earlier turned to profitability in the half-year period, reaching JOD 9.46 million ($13.3 million), versus losses of JOD1.71 million ($2.4 million) last year.
