Dubai-Mubasher: Dubai Investments said its board on Tuesday recommended cash dividends for 2015 at 12% of capital or 12 fils a share, totalling AED 486 million, according to a bourse statement.
The board also endorsed the final accounts and set the date of the upcoming general meeting to be held on 13 April.
FY15 earnings dropped nearly 18% to AED 1.10 billion, compared with AED 1.34 billion a year earlier.
The stock closed Tuesday 0.45% lower at AED 2.2, recording a turnover of AED 23.6 million.
