Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: RAK Bank shareholders will discuss on 17 April the dividends payout for 2015, according to a bourse statement.

The board proposed the distribution of 50% cash dividends, totalling AED 835 million.

The shareholders will also consider during their ordinary general meeting raising the ceiling of medium-term bonds from $1 billion to $1.5 billion.

The meeting will review the company’s balance sheet, the profit and loss statement, in addition to the memorandum and articles of association.
