Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Aldar Properties generated AED 1 billion from the sales of the 267-unit first phase at Yas Acres, according to a statement.
The 125-unit second phase will commence on 18 June at Aldar's new Yas Acres sales centre on Yas Island.
The real estate developer launched the project last April with investments worth AED 6 billion, chairman Abo Bark Al-Khouri said.
