Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: RAK Cement repurchased 367,370 shares on 4 September, representing 9.89% of its capital, according to a bourse filing.
The company purchased the shares at AED 0.81 each, totalling AED 297,600.
The number of treasury shares rose to 55.29 million, with 613.41 million shares remaining to be bought.
