Doha – Mubasher: Qatari German for Medical Devices Company postponed its extraordinary general meeting (EGM), scheduled for Sunday, due to the lack of quorum.

The company set Tuesday, 20 September, as an alternative date for the EGM, according to a bourse filing released on Monday.

The EGM was due to discuss the company’s accumulated losses, which exceeded 50% of the capital, in addition to adjusting the company’s position in line with the new Commercial Companies Law.
