Doha – Mubasher: United Development Company (UDC) said Monday that it has started negotiations to sell a portion of its stake in its fully-owned subsidiary, United Facilities Management.

The company said that any reached agreement will be in due course, according to a bourse filing.

UDC earlier said that Amwaj, a subsidiary of Gulf International Services (GIS), intends to buy a portion of in United Facilities Management Company.
