Mubasher: Oman Education and Training Investment Company’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved a proposal to distribute cash dividends of 10 baisas per share or 10% of the paid-up capital, totalling OMR 7 million.

The company is capitalised at OMR 7 million distributed across 70 million shares with a nominal value of OMR 0.10, according to a bourse filing released on Tuesday.
