First Investment to establish new real estate company

Cairo – Mubasher: First Investment and Real Estate Development said it will establish new company named Tarwej for Investment and Real estate Development.
The new company will operate with capital of EGP 1 million, said a bourse filling.
On other hands, the company’s board approved to raise its authorized capital from EGP 10 million to EGP 50 million.
