Riyadh – Mubasher: Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Co appointed Abdel Rahman bin Hamad Al Sagheer as the chairman after obtaining the approval of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) on 9 March.

The company said that the newly hired chairman holds a bachelor degree in information systems, adding to his experience in the Saudi market.

Allianz’s board consists of six members, in addition to CEO Xavier Patrick John Denys.

On Wednesday, the Saudi-listed firm accepted the resignation of Heinz Dollberg, the non-executive member representing Allianz MENA Holding Bermuda.
