Mubasher: Damac Properties launched on Sunday a new project under the name “The Park Villas”.

It is a collection of luxury homes nestled amongst pristine themed parks and manicured gardens, located in its golf community Damac Hills in Dubai.

The new development features four million square feet of private parkland and lush greenery at the villas’ doorsteps.

Units start at AED 2.5 million and will go on sale on 18 November, according to the company’s statement.
