Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Fransi Capital, a subsidiary of Banque Saudi Fransi, on Monday announced a cash dividend distribution to shareholders in its Taleem real estate investment traded fund (Taleem REIT Fund) for the three-month period from 1 January to 31 March.

Total distributions, which represent 1.55% of the fund’s net asset value (NAV), amount to a total value of SAR 4.56 million at 16 halalas per unit, the investment said in a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

Eligibility for dividends will be for shareholders who are registered with the Securities Depository Center by the end of 11 April 2018, Saudi Fransi Capital said, noting that distributions will be given to shareholders within 15 working days.

“The Fund Manager also wishes to remind the unit owners to update their statements with the banks holding accounts to ensure that their outstanding profits are deposited directly in their accounts,” the statement concluded.

On Sunday, Saudi Fransi Capital said that the initial public offering (IPO) for its Bonyan REIT will start mid-April.
