Mubasher: Al Ramz Corporation Investment and Development announced that one of its subsidiaries has acquired a stake in Takaful Emarat.
Al Ramz has acquired nearly 26.65 million shares in Takaful Emarat, according to a bourse filing to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Thursday.
The total value of the deal was not disclosed.
