Cairo – Mubasher: Holding Company for Construction and Development is looking to generate EGP 19.2 billion in revenues during fiscal year 2018/2019.

The company also targets a net profit of EGP 1.4 billion this fiscal year, 25% higher than in FY16/17, according to a statement by Business Sector Information Centre (BSIC)

The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Holding Company had approved FY18/19 budget for the Egyptian firm and its subsidiaries, as well as agreed to restructure the board as of 14 July.

The extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of the company had approved the board’s decision of floating a 32.25% stake in its subsidiary Heliopolis Housing on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) within the framework of the government initial public offerings (IPOs) programme.
