Cairo- Mubasher: Madinet Nasr Housing and Development (MNHD)​ on Sunday reported a 15% year-on-year jump in its profits for the first nine months of 2018.

Net profits amounted to EGP 869.07 million during the period between January and September of this year, compared to EGP 757.14 million in the same period of the prior year, according to a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

Sales reached EGP 792.8 million in the nine-month period ended September, from EGP 555.36 million in the same period of the previous year.

For the third quarter of 2018, MNHD’s profit recorded EGP 257.3 million, versus EGP 247.57 million in Q3-17, the statements showed.

The firm’s standalone profits registered EGP 816.7 million from January to September 2018, from EGP 755.9 million in the same period a year earlier.
