WOQOD OPENS NEW PETROL STATION MESAIMEER SOUTH AND ONE MOBILE STATION IN ONAIZA

Qatar Fuel Company “WOQOD” opened Mesaimeer South petrol station on Tuesday, 13th November 2018, and by this raised its network of various petrol stations to 78.
WOQOD’s CEO, Engr. Saad Rashid Al Muhannadi, said: We are pleased to open new fixed petrol station Mesaimeer South. WOQOD aspires to expand its petrol station network in the country to meet the rising demand for petroleum products and achieve the goal of providing customers with access to best-in-class products and services at their convenience and comfort. WOQOD has recently accelerated the process for the construction of new petrol stations to meet the fuel and energy needs of the country. WOQOD team would like to extend their gratitude to all concerned governmental and private entities that contributed/are contributing to the completion of this project.”
Mesaimeer South is spread over an area of 12800 square meters and has 3 lanes with 9 dispensers and separate lanes with 2 dispensers for diesel heavy vehicles that will serve Mesaimeer South and its neighborhood. 
The new petrol stations offer round-the-clock services to residents, and include Sidra convenience store, Manual Car wash, Oil change and tire repair, sale of LPG cylinders, in addition to sale of gasoline and diesel products for light and Heavy vehicles.
Further he added that WOQOD is currently overseeing the implementation of 19 new petrol stations, a large number of which are expected to be operational during the current year, noting that there are 9 stations in the bidding phase and 14 stations in the design phase.
Also he pointed out that WOQOD, in furtherance of customer’s satisfaction, opened One Mobile station in Onaiza to reduce the vehicles congestion.
Al-Muhannadi concluded his announcement by saying that “As part of its strategic expansion plan, WOQOD is targeting the achievement of a total of 130 fuel stations by the end of 2020”.
