Cairo – Mubasher: Misr Italia Properties on Monday announced that it has launched its second project in the new administrative capital “Vinci” with a total cost of EGP 6.17 billion.

Spanning an area of 110 feddans, the new project is located in the diplomatic high-end area of the new administrtaive capital, according to the company’s statement.

The project is part of the first phase of the new capital, which includes the headquarters of the ministries and the headquarters of the presidency.

The project is also considered the company’s second real estate endeavor in the new administrative capital, following the launch of IL BOSCO, which covers 200 feddans.

Mohamed Hany Al Assal, Co- CEO of Misr Italia Properties, said that the company is seeking to promote its real estate portfolio by using state-of-the-art technologies in implementing trend-setting projects.

He added that the firm seeks to create a utopian project immersing our unique clients into a world of luxury, beauty, and nature.

The project will include different varieties of villas, twin houses, townhouses, in addition to luxurious apartments that range from one bedroom to four bedrooms.

The project's footprint totals to only 17% of the land leaving the remaining 83% to be developed into lush mesmerising greenery, a captivating entertainment sector, and vibrant commercial area.

It is worth mentioning that Misr Italia Properties owns around 6 million square-metre land portfolio and manages a huge portfolio of unique projects including residential, coastal, commercial and administrative.
