Dubai – Mubasher: Al Ghurair Properties announced the completion of 90% of the construction of three residential buildings in Dubai’s Deira, as part of its AED 5 billion project.

The three residential buildings, Muteena 226; Muteena 658; and Muraqabbat 131, are planned to be complete by May with 462 distinct quality residential units,  the Dubai-based developer said in a statement.

The entire project, due to be fully complete in the fourth quarter of 2020, comprises of 46 buildings spread across key locations of Al Barsha, Deira, Bur Dubai, Al Warqa, and Al Qusais.

During the last two quarters of 2018, Al Ghurair Properties delivered five new residential projects in Deira and Bur Dubai with 486 residential units.

The 2018 Al Ghurair Properties projects include 5,260 residential units and 297,422 square-feet retail units.
