Mubasher: Tamdeen Real Estate Company’s shareholders approved the board’s proposal to distribute KWD 4.185 million at 10 fils per share as cash dividends for the full fiscal year of 2018 during a general assembly meeting held on Sunday.

Dividends, which represent 10% of the firm’s capital, will be paid on 12 June, according to a recent statement to Boursa Kuwait.

The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the company’s registries by the eligibility date, 2 June.

Tamdeen’s shareholders also elected a new board for the coming three years, along with approving all the agenda items.

In 2018, Tamdeen Real Estate’s profits slumped 35.4% to KWD 5.43 million from KWD 8.4 million a year ago.
