Mubasher: Gold went up at Tuesday’s settlement, marking the highest level since 18 April.
Comex August gold rose $7.8, or 0.6%, to close at $1,350.7 per ounce.
By 08:10 pm GMT, the US dollar index (DXY), which measures the US currency against a basket of six major currencies, inched up 0.09% at 97.64.
