Dubai – Mubasher: Drake & Scull International (DSI) on Wednesday announced the appointment of Saed Saabneh as the group’s new chief financial officer (CFO), according to a bourse filing.

In June, DSI, listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), revealed that its board of directors approved to appoint Shafiq Abdelhamid as the company’s new CEO.

The board also agreed to hire Abdallah Al Matrooshi as a member to the audit committee, instead of the resigned member.

In May, DSI said it appointed two new board members; Fahem Alshehhi and Salem Alshamsi, to replace the resigned members Obeid bin Touq and Khamis Buamim.
