Cairo - Mubasher: The board of Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development discussed the amendment of Article no. 3 in the statute to add new activities to the company.

Heliopolis Housing referred that the company’s board of directors considered adding activities related to the real estate development, as well as licensing, distributing, and selling electric power to its businesses in New Heliopolis City, according to a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Monday.

The board of directors is set to hold another meeting to approve the disclosure statement on amending the article.

It is noteworthy that from July to September 2019, Heliopolis Housing has achieved EGP 29.39 million profits, compared to EGP 8.7 million in the same period of the fiscal year 2018.
