Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of National Medical Care Company (NMC) recommended a cash dividend distribution of SAR 2 per share for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2019.

Total dividends will amount to SAR 89.7 million and will be distributed on 44.85 million shares, according to a bourse statement on Sunday.

The earnings will be matured to the equityholders at the end of the second trading day following the ordinary general meeting (OGM), NMC said, noting that the OGM's assembly date will be announced later on.   

The distribution date is also yet to be disclosed, NMC added.
