Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait announced a list of 14 suspended companies from trading due to varied reasons.

Tamkeen Holding Company was suspended as it did not submit the financials for the second and third quarter of 2019.

The stocks of Ithmaar Holding and AlRai Media Group were suspended from trading as the two companies’ losses exceeded 75% of their respective capital.

Effect Real Estate was also suspended but due to liquidation.

Meanwhile, Tamkeen Holding, Sharjah Cement and Industrial Development, Umm Al Qaiwain General Investments, Ras Al Khaimah for White Cement Construction Materials, and Kuwait Cable Vision did not pay the annual subscription fees for 2019 and 2020.

Similarly, Effect Real Estate, Abyaar Real Estate Development, Al Mudon Intl. Real Estate, Equipment Holding, Gulf Cement, and Ithmaar Holding, did not pay the annual subscription fees for 2020.

As for Ithmaar Holding and Yiaco Medical, they have been suspended due to violations of committee decision, while Arabi Holding Group was suspended as per a decision by the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
