Riyadh – Mubasher: The Board of Directors of Advanced Petrochemical Company agreed to distribute cash dividends of SAR 140.7 million to shareholders for the second quarter (Q2) of 2020, or SAR 0.65 per share.  

The dividend amount is distributed over 216.47 million shares and represents 6.5% of the share’s nominal value, according to a stock exchange statement on Wednesday.

Eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders at the end of the maturity date scheduled on 30 June 2020, registered in the register of the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) will be at the end of the second trading day following the due date.

The distribution date was set on 23 Jully 2020, the statement noted. 

During a meeting held on 23 June, the board also reviewed the company’s financial and operational performance.
