KSA records 1,759 coronavirus cases, zero cases at holy sites
The Hajj for 2020 began today with a limited number of pilgrims amidst COVID-19

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia has reported on Wednesday 1,759 new cases of the coronavirus (COVID-19), taking the case count to 272,590 so far, according to a statement by the Ministry of Health.

Meanwhile, no COVID-19 cases were reported in the holy sites.

The number of recovered cases increased by 2,945 in the past 24 hours to stand at 228,569 today, while fatalities from the new virus grew by 27, bringing the total to 2,816.

It is worth noting that the Hajj began today with a limited number of pilgrims amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
