Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai Islamic Insurance and Reinsurance Company (Aman) announced that no negotiations have been held to acquire the company, according to the company's disclosure to Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Tuesday.

The company will disclose to DFM any such developments in accordance with established procedures.

It is noteworthy to mention that in the first half (H1) of 2020, Aman recorded net profits attributable to the shareholders of AED 8.17 million, up from AED 7.49 million in H1-19.
