Cairo – Mubasher:  A total of 2.4 million pensioners will begin receiving the second batch of the five overdue bonuses starting from Thursday, 1 October, the Middle East News Agency (MENA) reported on Tuesday, citing the Chairman of the National Organization for Social Insurance (NOSI), Gamal Awad, as saying.

The total cost of October’s pensions as well the second batch of the five bonuses are estimated at EGP 25 billion, including EGP 18 billion worth of pensions and EGP 7 billion in overdue bonuses, he added. 

Pensions can be disbursed from 10,000 ATMs spread across all governorates in Egypt.
