Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Misr Hotels approved a cash dividend distribution of EGP 0.35 per share for fiscal year 2019/2020.

Shareholders will receive a total of EGP 13.86 million as cash dividends for last year’s earnings, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Monday.

The board has been reformed for a three-year term starting from 2 November under the chairmanship of Hussein Radwan Mohamed Ibrahim.

During FY19/20, the company logged net profits of EGP 57.4 million, down from EGP 176.39 million a year earlier.
