Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The net profits of RAK Properties increased to AED 40.97 million during the first nine months of 2020 from AED 34.22 million in the year-ago period.

The company has generated revenues of AED 177.54 million in the January-September period of 2020, up from AED 136.44 million in the same period of 2019, according to the company's unaudited consolidated financials for the period ended on 30 September 2020.

The basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) remained at AED 0.02 in the first nine months of 2020, when compared to the corresponding period of 2019.

During the third quarter (Q3) of 2020, the company's net profits reached AED 14.24 million, higher than AED 17.99 million in the corresponding quarter of 2019.

It is noteworthy to mention that during the first half (H1) of 2020, the company registered net profits of AED 26.73 million, compared with AED 16.23 million in the same period of 2019.
