Cairo – Mubasher: The Minister of Public Business Sector, Hisham Tawfik, witnessed the signing of protocols of cooperation with the Armed Forces for the use of land plots owned by public business companies in establishing several national and developmental projects within El-Mahmoudia Axis development project.

The protocols were signed by Ahmed El-Azazzy, Head of the Engineering Division in the Northern Military Zone, Ahmed Mostafa, Chairman of Cotton & Textile Industries Holding Co, and Emad El-Din Mostafa, Chairman of Chemical Industries Holding Company, according to a statement on Monday.

An area of 143.4 feddans, owned by Cotton & Textile Industries Holding Co, will be used for the establishment of Bashayer El-Kheir residential project for slum residents as part of El-Mahmoudia Axis development project and a 9.7-feddan land will be used for the construction of a commercial-residential-administrative project.

In addition, an 85-feddan land owned by Dyestuff & Chemicals Company in Kafr El-Dawwar will be used for building a commercial-residential-administrative project.
