Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabian Refineries Company (SARCO) announced the appointment of Suleiman bin Saad Al Hamid as Chairman of the board for a three-year term starting 1 May 2021, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.

SARCO has also appointed Iyad bin Muhammad Shaikh as Vice Chairman of the board for the same term, which ends on 30 April 2024.

It is worth noting that the company’s shareholders last month approved a dividend payout totalling SAR 11.25 million for 2020.
