Riyadh - Mubasher: Saudi Ground Services Company (SGS) signed a contract worth SAR 5.9 billion with Saudia Airlines to provide ground handling services, including ramp services and passenger services, for Saudia's domestic and international flights at all the kingdom's airports.
The contract has a term of five years, divided into three years with an option to renew for another two years, starting from 1 April 2021 until 31 March 2026, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Wednesday.
The company expects the contract to contribute to the sustainability of its business, increase its cash flow, and positively affect its financial results as of the second quarter (Q2) of 2021.
Con Korfiatis, a Non-Executive Board Member, has an indirect interest, the statement added.
