Riyadh - Mubasher: Al Marakez Al Awwalyah for Healthcare Company, a subsidiary of Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group (HMG), has signed an agreement with Wajahat Al Hamra for Investment Company.

Under the deal, Al Marakez will purchase 12 land plots with a total area of 13,300 square meters (sqm) at King Abdullah Road in Al Hamra district in Riyadh with a total cost of SAR 69.040 million, excluding the real estate transaction tax (RETT), HMG said in a bourse disclosure on Thursday.

The financial impact of this transaction will be reflected on the interim condensed consolidated financial statements for the third quarter (Q3) of 2021.
