Cairo - Mubasher: Raya Holding for Financial Investments witnessed a new transaction worth EGP 30.255 million on its shares on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

The deal involved the trading of 10.221 million shares under the employee stock ownership plan (ESOP), the EGX said in a statement on Wednesday. 

During the first quarter (Q1) of 2021, Raya Holding turned to net profits of EGP 35.80 million, against net losses of EGP 68.80 million in the year-ago period, including minority shareholders’ rights.
