Riyadh – Mubasher: Amlak International for Real Estate Finance Company registered net profits worth SAR 53.41 million in the first six months of 2021, up 0.2% from SAR 53.29 million in the same period a year earlier.

Earnings per share remained unchanged at SAR 0.59 in the first half (H1) of 2021 compared to H1-20, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.

The company’s assets shrank by 6.5% to SAR 3.5 billion in H1-21 from SAR 3.75 billion in H1-20.

Amlak International is currently not engaged in business generating deposits, and accordingly the clients’ deposit account was nil.

During the second quarter (Q2) of 2021, the finance firm achieved an 18.5% increase in net profits to SAR 28.21 million from SAR 23.8 million in Q2-20. This was in addition to a quarterly rise of 11.98% from SAR 25.19 million in Q1-21.
