Cairo – Mubasher: Six of October Development and Investment (SODIC) has received a letter from the Sheikh Zayed City Development Authority, stating that a new location for its new project in New Zayed has been proposed to the board of directors of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA). 

Due to some changes to the New Zayed area plans, including the development of new projects adjacent to the 500-acre land plot, being developed by NUCA and SODIC, it is proposed to change the project's location to a 440-acre land plot overlapping with the original plot, but with higher efficiency, allowing an increase in the sellable built-up area (BUA) without compromising the project's features, SODIC said in a bourse disclosure on Sunday. 

In the first half (H1) of 2021, SODIC recorded consolidated net profits of EGP 225.84 million, up from EGP 74.51 million in H1-20, including minority shareholders' rights.
