Cairo – Mubasher: The extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of Contact Financial Holding approved the addition of subscription promotion and underwriting activities, according to a bourse disclosure on Thursday. 

During the first half (H1) of 2021, the company reported consolidated net profits of EGP 227.755 million, up from EGP 133.1 million in H1-20, including minority shareholders' rights.

The revenues declined to EGP 749.17 million in the six-month period ended 30 June from EGP 2.26 billion in the corresponding period a year earlier.
