Riyadh – Mubasher: Amlak International for Real Estate Finance Company achieved a growth of 8% year-on-year (YoY) in net profits to SAR 82.91 million in the first nine months of 2021 from SAR 76.48 million.

Earnings per share stood at SAR 0.92 at the end of September 2021, compared to SAR 0.84 in the same period last year, according to the interim income statements on Monday.

Assets meanwhile decreased by 3% YoY to SAR 3.73 billion in January-September 2021 from SAR 3.85 billion.

During the third quarter (Q3) of 2021, Amlak International posted net profits worth SAR 29.49 million, up by 27% from SAR 23.19 million in Q3-20.

On a quarterly basis, the net profits in Q3-21 were 4.5% higher than SAR 28.21 million in Q2-21.
