UAE - Mubasher: The UAE stock markets ended Tuesday’s trading session on a varied note.

The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) closed the session on a positive note at 3,396.11 points after gaining 41.68 points (1.24%).

The trading value reached AED 251.29 million through the exchange of 73.33 million shares.

National Industries Group Holding topped the gainers with 14.94%, while Al Firdous Holding headed the decliners with 9.77%.

Emaar Properties was the most active stock in terms of the trading volume and value with 17.30 million shares exchanged at AED 105.38 million.

On the other hand, the benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) fell by 0.299% to close the session down at 9,653.13 points.

A total of 181.28 million shares were traded at a value of AED 1.33 billion. Meanwhile, the market cap amounted to AED 2.05 trillion.

Gulf Cement Company advanced the risers with 7.37%, whereas Commercial Bank International (CBI) was the top faller with 9.83%

International Holding Company (IHC) posted the highest turnover of AED 325.89 million, while Multiply Group was the most active stock on which 55.10 million shares were exchanged.
