Cairo – Mubasher: Shareholder Mahmoud Hasan Gabaallah Hassan has purchased 4.63 million shares in Real Estate Egyptian Consortium for EGP 10.48 million, equivalent to an average share price of EGP 2.25 per share.

The shareholder’s ownership in the real estate developer jumped to 5.04% from 3.88%, according to a bourse statement on Tuesday.

Royal Securities Brokerage acted as a broker in the transaction.

In the first half (H1) of 2022, Real Estate Egyptian reported net profits worth EGP 8.84 million, lower than EGP 12.46 million in H1-21.
